We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and business development in a fast-paced environment. The Business Manager will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring operational efficiency across all departments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to department heads, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and new revenue streams to support long-term business growth. Resolving problems of employees & making them meet their monthly targets
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Keeping yourself updated in every process concerned with the company [having knowledge of all employee profile]
EDUCATION
- Minimum Education :- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Experience :- Proven experience in business management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
